Green Life and Employability Skills Training : SOS CV led skills development training composed of core life skills, employability training and introductory technical skills training through a 21 days mobile bootcamp training. A one-on-one approach was adopted with a focus on four main sessions to guide interactions during coaching and mentoring. The topics included incorporating green themes into existing businesses, setting goals for themselves and their businesses, and developing a savings plan towards achieving those goals.
