No Business as Usual Project

NBU Project

The No Business as Usual (NBU) Project was a four-year youth empowerment initiative implemented from 2017 to 2021 within the Asokore Mampong Municipality. Funded by the European Union with support from SOS Netherlands, and delivered in partnership with the Asokore Mampong Municipal Assembly, the project aimed to equip young people with the skills, opportunities, and networks needed to thrive in the job market and as entrepreneurs. SOS Children’s Villages (SOS CV) Ghana served as the lead implementing partner, working to deliver impactful training, mentorship, and business development support tailored to the needs of the municipality’s youth.
